My product management experience
My passion for Product Management began with early exposure to custom CMS solutions in online publishing, where I prioritized customer-centricity, SEO, and content optimization. This foundation shaped my approach to new product development, data migration, and requirements gathering. My ability to collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Engineering teams enabled significant contributions at companies like Yellow Pages NextHome, Dyson, Canopy Growth, and Loblaw Digital.
In 2021, I formalized my expertise with a Product Management certificate from Brainstation, gaining hands-on experience in the product lifecycle, user feedback, and backlog refinement, including developing an MVP for "Pulse" – an app for HR professionals to gauge employee engagement. I continue to apply these principles daily, partnering with Product leads to deliver high-impact products and features.
My project management experience
My interest in Project Management began early in my career as a freelance contributor, quickly realizing its importance for managing timelines, expectations, and deliverables. This became a mainstay, enabling me to deliver multi-million dollar campaigns for international digital retailers. In 2018, I formalized this expertise with a Project Management Certificate from the University of Toronto, applying these principles to successfully manage Dyson Canada's largest Q4 campaigns.
As a Digital Project Manager at Astound Group, I delivered 3D product experiences for a leading Medical Tech company. Today, project management remains central to my work, guiding deliverable and resource planning, and empowering my teams to successfully launch digital initiatives..
